Terrain & Scouting Report
A 1,656-acre tract on the Erie/Warren border defined by its wetland-heavy terrain. The area is a labyrinth of small creeks, swampy bottoms, and thick shrub-scrub habitat.
Recommended Tactics
This is "muck-boot" territory. Use the wet terrain to your advantage to muffle your approach. For deer, find the "pinch points" created by the beaver ponds and swamps. Deer will be forced into narrow strips of dry ground to move through the tract. This is a PGC pheasant stocking area. Focus on the maintained herbaceous openings and brushy field edges where birds are released throughout the season.
