Terrain & Scouting Report
Known as the "Oil City Overlook," this 2,214-acre tract is small but extremely dense. It is characterized by steep benches and thick cover that acts as a sanctuary for local deer herds.
Recommended Tactics
The "Interception" tract. Deer move from the surrounding private agricultural fields at night into these steep SGL benches to bed. Set up on the "leeward" side of the ridges—where the wind blows over the top—to catch bucks scent-checking the slopes as they return to their beds at dawn.
